Demon Slayer Season 3 Announced to Premiere in April 2023
Kimetsu no Yaiba or Demon Slayer‘s official website has announced the premiere of the third season which will feature Swordsmith Village arc.
The anime will premiere in April 2023, with an hour-long special pilot episode. The premiere episode will be released in theatres in US and other international countries following the franchise’s World Tour.

Kana Hanazawa and Kengo Kawanishi will reprise their roles as Kanroji Mitsuri and Muichiri Tokito, respectively. Mamoru Miyano will appear in Demon Slayer’s upcoming season as a new actor and provide the voice of Douma. The voice actors for Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke have also been confirmed to return for the forthcoming season.
While most of the actors have reprised their roles, the voice actor of Giyu, Takahiro Sakurai might not join the cast of the anime due to some personal issues.
Ufotable Studio will return to produce the anime, while Akira Matsushima will continue as character designer once again for the anime’s third season.
